We will help you by teaching you simple easy to understand stress and anxiety reduction tools.
- Enjoy a guided visualisation (light hypnotic rest).
- Teach you how to achieve deep relax breathing and reach a peaceful inner calm.
- Give you guidance on mindfulness to use in your everyday life
- Teach you easy to understand stress and anxiety reduction techniques.
- Class participants will be eligible for a 10% reduction on all subsequent treatments with the wellbeing therapists
