Join us for our two hour Stress and anxiety reduction workshops either on Thursdays or Sundays on the dates below. (booking essential)

£20.00  per 2 hour class.

We will help you by teaching you simple easy to understand stress and anxiety reduction tools.

  • Enjoy a guided visualisation (light hypnotic rest).
  • Teach you how to achieve deep relax breathing and reach a peaceful inner calm.
  • Give you guidance on mindfulness to use in your everyday life
  • Teach you easy to understand stress and anxiety reduction techniques.
  • Class participants will be eligible for a 10% reduction on all subsequent treatments with the wellbeing  therapists 
  • free parking and easy access

Classes are held on Thursdays and Sundays , Booking essential.
